Our Development Services Review Team prides itself on a 10 day site plan review process. A design review meeting is held every Wednesday at 702 N Main St, in the morning. All necessary representatives are present to review the site plan and/or project details. This is the opportunity for the developer to ask our team any questions and receive preliminary feedback. To schedule an appointment for a design review please call (361)485-3360.

What to Bring to Your Plan Review Appointment:
  • Conceptual Plans (site plans, renderings, building elevations)
  • Specific questions and requests for specific department representation (i.e. Utilities, Pre-treatment, Health Dept., Fire Marshall)
  • The more details you provide on your project the better our team can assist you with the development.
